Your Festivals Membership is a direct investment in Cheltenham Festivals’ vision of a world in which everyone can explore and create culture and helps us to keep at least 25% of our events free.
What do I get with a Festivals Membership?
Memberships support our Learning and Participation programmes involving 35,000 children and young people and 500 schools every year, as well as our work with the local community. Your Membership is considered a donation and will be eligible for Gift Aid as a result we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give at no extra cost to yourself.

How can I join as a Member?
You can join online at anytime or you can call the box office during open hours.
Your membership can be paid for with a single one off payment or it can be set up as an auto-renewing Membership that will be charged to your chosen card each year.

How long does my Membership last?
Memberships will run for 12 months as standard or can be set up to auto-renew each year.
How long is Priority Booking and what can I book?
Priority Booking opens for one week before general booking. Our Festival Patrons can book can book before Members and you can find out more about Patronage here.
During the priority period you can purchase up to six tickets per event for as many events as you like.
Am I guaranteed the tickets I want?
Although we cannot guarantee availability of tickets, your Membership will give you access to them for one week before general sale.
Is my Membership refundable?
Memberships are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis. We do not offer pro-rata refunds.
Can I buy a Membership as a gift?
Yes, gift memberships can be purchased in the form of a Gift Membership Voucher which the recipient can use to set up a membership on their account. You can buy Gift Membership Voucher at any time here.
What do I receive when I join?
You will receive a welcome email from us shortly after setting up your Membership.
How do I join as an 18-30 Member?
Our 18 - 30 Membership is free to join. To become a Spark Member, please create an account with us online and then email the box office team with a photo of a photographic form of ID.
