Parking on-site is reserved for overnight hotel guests. The nearest car parks can be found at St Georges Road (GL50 3DT), Rodney Road (GL50 1HX), Royal Well (GL50 3DS) and Regent Arcade (GL50 1HN) with some paid on-road parking also located around the nearby Parabola Arts Centre.
Walking
The venue is a 10–15-minute walk from Montpellier Gardens and so can be easily accessed by foot from Cheltenham town centre.
Rail & Bus
Stagecoach bus services stop nearby on Montpellier and in the town centre on the Promenade.

Accessibility
The venue’s main entrance has a small set of stairs, with a wheelchair platform lift. The venue room used for Festival events is located on the ground floor of the hotel. Guide dogs are welcome in this venue but there is not a hearing loop available.
